Good morning,
I am very concerned regarding the havoc caused by the short selling that has occurred. The uptick rule was in place for 70 years for very good reasons. The uptick rule must be reinstated so that investors, such as myself, are able to trust reasonable market processes, e.g., investing in companies not ruining the market.
A watered down version of the rule will not suffice. Please take the action necessary to help provide confidence in the market. Reinstate the uptick rule that served very well for 70 years.
