Please, reinstate the uptick rule and enforce the rules to prevent "naked" shortselling. I am a small investor who believes in the market and the need for a level playing field. I am of the opinion that hedge funds and some ETFs intentionally push down the price of a stock for no other purpose than to exploit shareholders and the common investor. Naked shortselling is an intentional market malipulation and wrong.
