It is absolutely unbelievable that you haven't taken steps to restore investor confidence in financial markets. Please restore the uptick rule and stop the use of abusive naked short selling by some entities to destroy public corporations. Would you please enact and enforce rules that make parties deliver shares that they have sold in a timely manner. It appears that some powerful parties of Wall Street are able to not only bend the rules but completely flaunt them. The manipulation of stocks that we have come to expect is ruining the savings and retirement dreams of ordinary Americans. And I am a retired ordinary American The situation that occurred with Dendreon DNDN on April 28, 2009 was unbelievable And it continues to this day Will you help restore the confidence of the average investor like me?
