To whom it may concern,
I have written your agency on this subject before and have been published in finacial daily newspapers numerous times on this and other market-related subjects. Having also been a frequent on-air contributor to CNBC, CBS Evening News, Bloomberg Radio & TV, I would like to, again, comment on your proposed Uptick Rule Reinstatement and the variations.
I have attached an Editorial/Op-Ed piece that I sent to Investor's Business Daily last week and believe will be published on its opinion pages. It summerizes my opinions on the subject. I would be happy to send you other peices I have done or to comment in any other way that might be helpful to you. I feel very strongly about the value of the Uptick Rule and have done extensive research on the subject.
