I have been active for years in the USA market. It blows my mind to think that after doing many surveys and determaning that there is NO need for the up tick rule that you now want it back .With the market up everyday now no one says anything and when the market falls EVERYONE blames the lack of the up tick rule when in fact the market was running the way it should be WITH NO INVOLVMENT. Stocks should get crushed if they deserve it and should go up if they need be. To try to alter this only makes the USA a non free market. Spreads widen liquidity dries up and no one wins. TRY LEAVING THE GOOD OLD USA AND FREEDOM ALONE.
