The SEC has sold the average investor down the river by eliminating the uptick rule. A year later we now see the entire market has been hurt by those who seek to inflict damage on all others, and they are assisted by the SEC and other regulators. By temporarily protecting 17 financial stocks, the SEC clearly admits that short sales are damaging to our markets, yet the SEC does nothing to protect us from downward falls that scare the average investor and most other investors. I am looking for attys that will assist me in filing suit against the SEC for their willful and wanton actions against the average investor, and for the SEC's conspiracy to defraud the investor with allowing unlimited short sales that have driven our markets into a deep slump.
I am disgusted and will do every thing in my power to stop the SEC from doing further damage. All of you damn regulators BE DAMNED
