Please enforce the rules on Naked shorting.
Also, investors would like to know why some financial institutions were left off the "protected 19" list. This seems to FOCUS shorts onto the banks discriminated against. Fair? Not
A reinstatement of the uptick rule in some capacity would be much appreciated. Hedge funds are being allowed to drive the average American investor down into oblivion.
