Please limit short selling. I am seeing short sellers pushing down good companies and blatantly boasting about it in internet bulletin boards. They are ganging up together through the internet public bulletin boards, such as the Yahoo Financial Investment boards, spreading false rumors and collectively bringing down prices in order to profit.
Also please enforce illegal naked shorting. And reinstate some sort of up tic rule. Our stock market has suffered, the retail investor who invests in our corporations are suffering with the absence of a good up tic rule which served our country well for so many years.
