I urge the SEC to reinstate the uptick rule and enforce the law against naked shorting. Chinese companies such as LDK have been on the naked short selling list for over 200 days. The steps you have taken against naked shorting the banks has help to stablize their share price. The uptick rule was created in 1934 after a major depression. This country has recently undergone a financial crisis. Please prosecute those guilty of this crime.

The average american investor is getting killed in this market today by naked shorting. A company can have great earnings and be taken down in naked shorting robbing the company and investors.
