It Appears the SEC REFUSES TO PUT ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING REGULATION INTO EFFECT,in my opinion.
SEC COULD DO THIS ,Accelerated Approval of Proposed Rule Changes, in my opinion.
But the SEC BENDS OVER BACKWARDS FOR DTCC, whom I believe was a main cause in providing naked shares for delivery to many Brokerages, in which retail buyers like myself were sold illegal shares. In my opinion.
