Dear sirs, or madams, please be advised that LDK solar has been on the SHO list a very long time, as a retail shareholder I have been waiting for relief from actions to be taken by the SEC. The shorting is mentioned frequently by posters on a yahoo finance message board the short percentage is approaching 50% of the availble shares. This is outragous and demands attention imediatly. Any upward gain is quickly followed by hammering losses without any news to create activity. This has gone on long enough , it is understood the investigation manpower needed is most likely occupied with larger companies issues. None the less, this situation is worth looking into.
