SEC, you already have the authority and the tools to stop naked short selling if that were really your desire. Continuing to pass rules that have loopholes for brokers, dealers, and market makers is not productive and makes no sense. Do your jobs and stop being partners in crime with the counterfeiters. You are not and have not done your job, which is supposed to be protecting the investors. We investors suffer on a daily basis because of your extreme failure on this issue.
