My only comment is this... What is the purpose of more comments, suggestions, laws, bills if the ones that exist are not enforced. Just so the SEC can appease the masses..The SEC has known for years the corruption and illegal
money-making activities that are occurring daily in regards to the naked shorting of stocks, particularly the penny stocks.
All I can say is can we ever have a level playing field. Prove to me that all honor and integrity has not left this great country of ours...
