I strongly support this action by the SEC. As a stock holder of CROX which has been mercilessly battered by naked shorting since 10/31/07, it is a welcome move by the SEC.Please do not falter in the pursuit of justice for the victims of this practice. And, if I may suggest, it would add further confidence in the market if the uptick rule could be restored.Individual Investors and companies who are trying to build a strong america and creating jobs are being mercilessly battered by these Hedge Funds who have no restrictions attached to their trading after the uptick rule was abolished. Individual Investors like me have lost 100's of thousand of dollars worth of our networth because of these actions when the stocks in which we have invested have over delivered earnings as well as growth. Thank you.
