I am a average American citizen with hopes and dreams like everybody. I worked hard all my life and paid my bills faithfllly. I file my income taxes on time and taught my children to respect the country they are so fortunate to live in.
But I feel that something terrible has turned my world upside down. It is called naked shorting and it is the SEC responsiblity to protect the people. I invested my very hard earned savings in a company that I felt had great potential. This company is called CMKX, I am sure you are very much aware of it. I am also sure you are aware of the amount of shares that where sold in this company that where actually FTD. Failed to deliver. How can that be? I am not a savy CEO or high power business woman, but I must say it doesn't take an Enstein
to realize that this is just another name for stealing. Selling a stock that is not rightfully owned by the brokers is a get rich quick scam
Help us gain back what is rightfully ours. Do what is right for all those who have been injured by this practice.
