I am a CMKX shareholder as well as other sub penny stocks that have had their shares "counterfeited" aka "naked shorted" to the status of worthless. It is obvious that this is a "back door" plan by market makers/brokers in concert with others to make an asset raid on companies that mistakenly thought they were on a level playing field.
The government must stop this practice at all costs. I would propose that a minimum fine of $5/share be imposed on all guilty parties and this money then be distributed to wronged shareholders.
