To whom it may concern. I sincerely hope that the organized crime that exist within our banks and markets will be cleaned up by regulating and enforcing laws that will stop the counterfeiting, theft and fraud. I hope that our governemnt has taken the opportunity and foresight to plan ahead to dissolve these isuues. I also hope, that our government had the foresight to look to our neighbors to the north and have planned to utilize the minerals and oil that is there to help our great nation. By depending on Canada's oil, we could stop our dependence on foreign oil and take the time to seek cheaper and better ways of fuel for our country. It would be nice to have our currency backed by minerals that would hold up our dollar in value. Any rule that would help stop naked share shorting would be doing our people a service from the greed that runs rampant in our markets.
