Concerning the ongoing allowance of Naked Shorting, I think it would be in the best interests of everyone if this were disallowed. And I don't think there should be any "window of opportunity" for some stocks to be allowed to stay "short". The hedge funds are manipulating and controlling the price per share of many stocks and that just plain is not fair to us "little people" who are trying to make some money in the stock market.

I am quite sure that many senators and representatives, as well as employees of the SEC, are benefitting from this practice and that, too, is just plain not right. I have been involved in two stocks that have been seriously damaged by the SEC continuing to allow the practice of naked shorting.

PLEASE FIX IT for once and for all. Shares must be delivered within the 3-day time frame.!
