Thank you for protecting the brokerage industry from competition and saving America from becoming a capitalist country.
Keep stalling. If any Congressman complains that failing to to adopt a rule in ninety days, tell him that in SEC time that means ninety years.
If an entrepreneur needs capital and does not know any rich investors, he is probably a crook anyway. Just refer the whiners that complain about any procrastination to the new Chairwoman, Barbara Roper.
In a few years, the economy will probably pick up and everyone will forget about this misguided piece of legislation.
