As an investor via my unions benefits investments, I am writing to express my support for the SEC's proposal requiring disclosure of the CEO-to-worker pay ratio, as required by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
As a union staff employee, I am required by law to have an itemization of my salary and benefits publicly available online.
I think that having transparency for the wealthiest would do a lot to equalize worker/boss pay ratios.
