Dear Commission,
I support the SEC's proposal requiring disclosure of the CEO-to-worker pay ratio. I also support requiring stockholder approval of the pay for senior corporate officers. It is my understanding that many other countries have this requirement and not just advisory votes. Current CEO pay levels are outrageous and unwarranted.
