I’m writing in support of a strong Dodd-Frank rule 953(b).
Corporate pay ratios should be published, and fully available to shareholders, consumers, and employees.
Of course you are under intense pressure by business interests to weaken or abandon the rule. The American public is watching with interest: Do corporations really own our government and dictate public policy, or is it still possible for regulatory agencies to do the right thing.
We are looking for heroes in the ongoing story about the survival of democracy. Here's your chance.
Please don't disappoint us.
