Securities and Exchange Commission
I’m writing in support of a strong Dodd-Frank rule 953(b). for this reason.
Disclosing corporate pay ratios between CEOs and average employees will discourage the outrageous and reckless pay practices that fueled the 2008 crash.

Knowing which corporations heap riches upon their executives while squeezing struggling employees also will be a useful factor for me when considering which businesses to support with my Securities and Exchange Commission dollars.

I am aware that you are under intense pressure by business interests to weaken or abandon the rule. Do not give in. Instead, weigh your duty to protect investors and the American public against the self-serving interests of those seeking to undermine this rule , the economy of the people and the wellbeing of the Economy

As you see all that is happening and can happen worst when those who are working against the progress of the country the economy as they keep  hidden factors of their through self-serving interests seeking to undermine  rules and hurting the economy . Thank you for been part of the Protection of the Econony and the wellmeant acts to protect and defend your position from from those who do not care for the wellbeing of the economy and the future of the country. Been responsible and care for what is truly important for the country and the consequences when wrong secisions and act are made against the well being of so many people that really matter and deserve a good future. Thank you for considering my comment, Sincerely .
