I support Dodd-Frank rule 953(b).

I understand reporting this is costly for the corporations, since they must add a fair price for the privileges they provide employees as well as executives, such as health insurance, use of the company plane, & etc.

But corporations must provide public information about their use of money, otherwise evils can be done in the corporate name, and who would know?

I urge you to stand firm and implement a strong rule that will uphold the intent of the Dodd-Frank law.

Thank you for considering my comment,
