We write in support of a strong Dodd-Frank rule 953(b).
Disclosing corporate pay ratios between CEOs and average employees would help to redress the chasm between the very rich 1% of our population and the rest of us. History teaches, repeatedly, that such a disparity can only lead to a failed state. Maybe not this year or this decade, but our nation is clearly splitting apart.
