I think this is a great idea, and it seems rather simple to implement give the lax requirements on statistical sampling of pay to determine the median income. I think it is a much better measure than raw salary data that is available today as those numbers are both almost incomprehensible for the average American worker and so varied based on company size. Plus, I think this will be good for shareholders to see how their money is being put to use at various companies, and lends itself to comparison stock shopping within an industry segment to see how effectively shareholder equity is being used and distributed when compared with the various other metrics.

I dont know why this took so long to pass.
