Hello--
I am writing to urge implementation of Section 953 (b) of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. We, the People have too long been kept in the dark in order to appease Wall Street (heretofore referred to as "The Banksters").
The Banksters have, in essence, controlled the information available to the general public by power of their money in politics. Whether or not you deem this true, the public deserves disclosure of annual total compensation for ALL employees, and therefore, I urge amendment of Item 402 of Regulation S-K to include renumeration information for ALL issuer employees--management, CEO and other.
