I think this is something that is long overdue and am glad to see it coming to light. Top Executives who make a disproportionate amount more than that of the workers that run their company is not only distasteful but is destroying the fabric of this country. The classic comparison of Walt Disney, in where he made close to 100 times more than the average worker while the current Disney CEO makes 1000 times more, helps argue that setting a bar for wages will not decrease ingenuity or destroy industry but instead hold those corporations accountable and allow society to put appropriate measures on the morality of business in America.
