Please support a strong Dodd-Frank Rule 953(b).
Our country was and will be much stronger when the gains of all are shared much more equitably. Let us return to the tax structures and pay distribution of America's economic heyday - the 50's and 60's. We could eliminate poverty and the national debt with no pain to anyone - unless you consider billionaires becoming only multi-millionaires as painful.
