As a shareholder in many companies, this proposal offers no information that would be useful to me. I have access to compensation of the top 5 executives including the CEO.
I consider this proposed requirement to be a wasteful exercise for the company and an unnecessary expense. Most companies are already required to provide the government with information of questionable value. Lets not add to the burden.
