Dear SEC Commissioners,
I have hope that the commission will vote allowing the public to have the information showing the extent of the ratio pay between the leaders of a company and those who work for the company.
I did see that the public comment period on this possible rule closed on December 2nd, 2013. I do hope you are reviewing all comments submitted after this date.
It is very understandable why people who run corporations could be negatively affected by the proposed ruling. If it was really good for the company, they would not be arguing against the ruling.
Please keep the US citizenry informed as to the pay of those people who are paid more but are not more valuable to the company.
