You are the SEC make the rules an everybody has to follow them. What is the point of being a regulator for securities if you let same securities decide how they are going to follow the rules and determine which ways to do it? This is the problem, you guys make it so easy for them to break the rules because you give too much latitude and thus you can't enforce your own rules. The SEC is suppose to protect the people and not the Corporations even though some may think that "Corporations are people".
