Instead of worrying about how this will affect the businesses you are regulating, how about being the advocates for the public that you are supposed to be? Figuring out median salaries are not hard for any company. Talking about how taxing this is for businesses is just silly.
They do not need flexibility so they can cook the books. Make a standard and make them all comply. Stop listiening to their paid shills both on your board and off. Do you job, represent the American people not the greedheads you are supposed to be regulating. Or did you learn nothing from the last collapse? DO this right or you will have people rising up in the streets.
