We need more transparency. People have a right to know the compensation of their CEO. As a public sector worker, my wages and benefits are publicly available and scrutinized, as people outside the public sector complain about the fact that we make a living wage. And not all public sector workers do make enough to support their families. Instead of perpetually trying to squeeze blood out of the turnip, they would do well to realize the enormous disparity between private sector worker pay vs. their CEOs.
