Any small business, including the corner start-up beer brewery or grocery concept, that has incorporated and is granted stock certificates, should have the ability to sell their stock on the open market, given proper entry to a legitimate "trading agency"......."Accredited investor" rules have the effect of blocking purchase of shares by "the common citizenry" of our country. There should be "rules of the road" of course, that inhibit fraud, but it is not the governments place to tell (me) that I cannot buy stock in my favorite local small business....."

Thank you, good luck, think democracy and fairness, and let's work to allow "under the radar" but worthy small businesses get a foothold in the financial markets so they can rise or fall based on their efforts, and the critically needed funds that can come to them through the sale of their stock.
