Is there Insurance built in to protect the public from having to pay for failures of start-up Companies?
Do these proposed changes have a check and balance system so all areas are covered to prevent loop holes in getting around the rules, ect?
Is there a watch dog group checking to make sure the rules proposed that are implemented are being followed as intended at the agencies of the goverment and not allowing changes in interpretation of the rules to fit different situations that have gray areas?
Making sure there is enough money and teeth built in to investigate.
