The new outline for fundraising will really hinder startups. We are already expected to create a great product and a great pitch, while "scrappily" supporting ourselves, during the fundraising process. Adding a layer of legalese many won't understand during this process will only ensure that many startups stumble through and fail to meet your guidelines.
