I don't understand the need for boilerplate paperwork. Most of the technology start-ups are done by young entrepreneurs who don't have MBA or Law degrees.
Please don't put their brilliant ideas on a death row unless they understand and believe in your bureaucracy.
I thought JOBS act was about democratization of fund raising but after reading the details, it makes me think, raising money just got more complicated and risky.
