Please append the section of the new fundraising legislation to remove the year-long ban on follow up fundraising for mistakes in the filing. It will dramatically reduce or even negatively effect any benefits of the change. As a result, entrepreneurial activity, and all associated benefits (Job creation, IP creation, wealth creation) will be reduced for companies such as ours.
