Its not so much identiy theft as fraud they manipulate electronic files to get our loot while our person is held in squaller I think mostly they do it because it is easy for them I have some understanding of it from what is cuurently my life.in 1997 while assigned to the navy ship Louisiana I returned 9.5billion dollors to the treasury by rules from fraud wsste and abuse 9million was to be mine to date not one dime other than my ret. Chech now in that fraud abuse neglegt or oversight.hopefully bill did not pocket that for homself but it was made publo.
