Currently the market is two-tiered. There are those(broker-dealers) who can see all my orders, and then theres the individual who cannot see the sub-penny orders or any orders for that matter. Hardly a fair market if you ask me. There needs be an outright ban of sub-penny traders in order to create fair markets. Also as traders are liquidity providers, these brokers-dealers are putting me out of business as I can no longer provide liquidity. We need to protect the NBBO from being abused internally by the broker-dealers.
