Dear SEC,

It is astounding to learn that there was no regulated clearing house for these credit default swap agreements and CDO's. I'm glad to see you are finally concerned with fraud in this market.

For years I have written and begged regulatory change for "Naked Short Selling" and the devasting change in your uptick rules.

Unfortunately, many of us who invested in American Companies because of our belief in sound fundamentals, have had to loose our entire portfolios and confidence in a system that was supposed to protect us. I didn't partake in investment strategies I didn't understand, I went with solid companies with solid balance sheets and now I would like to know why the SEC took so long to act in our best interest?

Good luck hauling in all the criminals, I'm sure you have your hands full.
