Subject: Other Initiatives to be Undertaken by the SEC in Response to the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act

As a 62 year old citizen of this country having ancestors who fought in the revolutionary war, I strenuously object to not only this law but any attempt by the SEC or the federal government to block any attempts to refuse to provide the public information under the freedom of information act.

You and all members of the federal government are employees of the taxpayers. We have the right under the constitution to see any information short of top secret military information that we request.

Any attempt to avoid this right places you and the federal government as a whole in jeopardy. The American citizens will not sit by while you try to "transform" this country to one which has no regard for the constitution or the citizens.

Ignoring us will not make us go away. If information is requested under the freedom of information act, or any other way in fact, you must provide it in a timely manner and with full and complete cooperation.
