Subject: Other Initiatives to be Undertaken by the SEC in Response to the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act

The devastation caused to this country by the Wall Street bankers is beyond comprehension by honest citizens of this country. How many billions does one need at the expense of those trying to provide shelter and food for their families.

I fully support all parts of the Dodd-Frank Reform. However, all the regulations in the world do not mean a thing if there is not the incentive and means to diligenlty enforce these new regulations by the SEC. The old rules would have gone far to prevent these abuses if they would have been enforced. What will be different this time?
