I have clients who desperately need simple crowdfunding as investment to be legal. This MUST be set up so people can do-it-yourself or with legal and regulatory costs under $100 total. I am not joking on this.

I work with upstarts who have a lot of brains and education and energy and ambition and exactly $0 of their own. There are lots and lots of such people. They could be forming productive businesses if easy legal crowdfunding investment was simple and legal.

If this is set up with complications, all kinds of regulations, etc., it will be useless. To make it less risk, investors could be limited to $1000 maximum each, for example, so no one is risking much.

This should be set up so it can be set up online on a fill-in-the-blanks website in under 15 minutes.

if you need help with this, please let me know. I want this to happen asap.
