My basic concern is with monetary limits set at $1M. This is great for businesses in information technology, but for manufacturing significantly higher capital must be raised. I would recommend consideration be given to increasing the upper limit to $5M or even higher.
This country needs to increase our Nation's effort to grow US manufacturing. Mfg creates sustainable jobs for lots of people. IT, not so much.
