This Act will have quite an impact, especially in cities like Macon where we have a rich musical background, but a failing local economy. There are artists here (like the Wind Clan Ninjas) whose musical efforts are directly tied to the improvement of local arts and music programs. Generating funding for arts-related small business will supplement job creation, since any good act is obviously going to need a strong team of dedicated employees in order to succeed. I will personally be taking advantage of this opportunity, and spreading the word to other artists and musicians in the Middle Georgia area.
