I want the ability to raise $1,000,000 from investors without unreasonable demands that have little to do with protecting investors. There are some onerous implications to requirements for raising from $500,000 to $1,000,000 that will kill the opportunity. Please consider looser rules that will still protect investors without requiring many thousands of dollars in legal fees and time and effort.
