Please don't make all the rulesregulations for crowdfunding so burdensome that entrepreneurs will either be dissuaded from listing their ventures or required to go to high priced lawyers/experts to make sure they are complying with the rulesregs.

I like the previous comments about standardization of forms - just don't make them overly complex or revealing - most entrepreneurs will not want to reveal sensitive information without knowing who is getting this information. There should be an initial layer of information on a standard form and then if an investor is interested in learning more about the venture, the investor would contact the entrepreneur directly.

But a lot of faith in the wisdom of the crowd and feedback and self regulation.
