Please help save Crowdfunding by assuring the SEC expedites the establishing of the JOBS Act rules.

Investors what to fund start-ups, and start ups desperately need the capital but the SEC has failed to define the rules under the JOBS Act. The bottle neck is the SEC, by missing the Jan 1 2013 deadline they are allowing many start-ups to fail, along with all the new jobs and economic benefits.
